For our Young Women Birthdays last year, we made each girl a colorful pillowcase, and attached this tag “... yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God…...…” Alma 37:37. My mother, who teaches Primary, makes these every year as gifts for her class, also.
This year, we are giving each of our young women a pair of toe socks (in a cute Chinese Take-out box) with this quote from President Monson printed on the tag.“Let us in our lives give to our Lord and Savior the gift of gratitude by living His teachings and following in His footsteps.” - Thomas S. Monson
Another cute saying for the toe socks would be: "Stand for truth and righteousness."
