In Junior Primary it is so noisey as the little children get ready to leave to go to class so we told each teacher they had a certain color and then we made colored paper paddles (like the auctions do). And then we hold up one colored paddle up at a time and the children have to wait until they see their classes color. They are quiet because they are waiting to see if they get to go to class next.
