1. Apostasy is the saying of positive things after Jesus died. (wrong, apostasy is the falling away from Christ’s church)
2. The apostasy happened before Jesus died. (no it happened after he was crucified and all the apostles were killed)
3. The reason why there wasn’t revelation during the apostasy was because it was a dark time. (no, it was because there wasn’t a living prophet or apostles.)
4. Teachings that were not true were added to the gospel during the apostasy and teachings that were true were taken away. (Yes)
5. During the apostasy the teachings of the gospel were kept the same. (No many things changed such as baptism, the name of the church, priesthood )
6. During the apostasy the Priesthood was kept in Rome. (No, it left the earth.)
7. The Priesthood is the power to act in God’s name. (yes)
8. Baptism changed during the apostasy. (yes they started sprinkling)
9. Christ’s church remained the same during the apostasy. (no it changed)
10. Religion during the apostasy remained the same as before the apostasy. (No it kept changing).
11. There were other churches established during the apostasy. (Yes)
12. Some religions tried to follow how Jesus had his church set up. (Yes, some tried)
13. People that tried to change their religion to follow the bible were congratulated by everyone. (no they were persecuted)
14. During the apostasy people were able to change the church back to the way Jesus had his church set up after church leaders voted and figured things out. (No there was no priesthood to direct them.)
15. The Word of the Lord was found in the Deep Sea Papyrus during the apostasy. (No the word of the Lord was found in the Bible)
16. Today we find the Word of the Lord in the church welfare system. (No the Word of the Lord is found in the scriptures, B of M, P of GP, Bible, D & C.)
17. The Word of the Lord is revelation. (Yes it is).
