SCRIPTURE STORIES: Enos (March 1990 Friend)
SHARING TIME IDEAS: I did a Sharing Time where I had "Enos" come in during the middle of Sharing Time pretending to be out hunting for wild beasts. Then he sees the children and starts to tell them how he has been thinking about the words of his father Jacob and how he is concerned for the welfare of his soul, and feels the need to repent, etc. Then he asked the children if they could help show him how to pray, it was so great, the kids thought it was great. Usually the following week we will ask if anyone can remember what we talked about the week before and generally, no one remembers but after that lesson, many of the children remembered that part. They would say "Enos came here" It went so well!! (Idea by Arwen Beerman)
