HOW DO I OPEN A ZIP FILE? - Right click the file you'd like to save, and it'll take you to winzip (or whatever you currently use). It will ask you where you want to extract (or save) the files. This is essentially asking where you want the files saved. Let's say for example, I wanted to save Allison's universal or blank version of this file to my desktop. It will create a folder on my desktop called "akimball_plan_universal-1.zip". Once it's finished saving it to your desktop, right click over the file and select, "Extract all...". Once you select where you'd like it to save the new (extracted) folder, push the "extract" button. (FYI - a zip file is used to compress data, or make it smaller, so it can't just be opened, it needs to be extracted, or in other words sent to a folder where it isn't compressed data but full data.) I hope that helps!
