I want to share a cute idea that I did for my Mia-maids in their Christmas bags! It can be used for birthdays, Christmas or whatever. I will type it out exactly as it goes: (and I centered it on the paper)
Things UNO (you know)
Uno you are a daughter of your Heavenly Father, who loves you.
Uno you love Him.
Uno you will stand as a witness of God
at all times and in all things
and in all places.
Uno you strive to live the
Young Women values.
Uno these things will prepare you to
Strengthen home and family,
Make and keep sacred covenants,
Receive the ordinances of the temple,
And enjoy the blessings of exaltation.
These are the things
UNO (you know).
Then I attached it to a deck of UNO cards. The girls loved them....a few of the parents called to say how fun they were.
ADDITIONAL NOTE - "You could also do it with an UNO candy bar if you don't have the budget for card games." - Suggestion by Angela Paladeni
